1. Information We Collect

EaHub collects data to provide the service and improve your experience. We collect:

• Account data: email, full name, and a bcrypt-hashed password
• MT account data: MT4/MT5 account number, broker name, account type
• Heartbeat data: IP address, the running EA name, connection times
• Equity data (Sponsored Ports): equity and balance figures, used to verify sponsor conditions
• Payment data: plan type and amount (we never store card details directly)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide your License Key and verify EA usage rights
• Send subscription-renewal reminders and important announcements by email
• Share equity figures with sponsors to verify Sponsored Port conditions
• Prevent unlawful use and keep a violation log
• Improve the service and user experience

We will never sell your personal data to third parties, and will not use it for any purpose beyond those stated here.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only in the following cases:

• Sponsors (partner brokers): when you request a Sponsored Port with a sponsor, your name, email, equity, and broker are shared with that sponsor to verify conditions and contact you — only the sponsor you chose (if you never use a Sponsored Port, nothing is shared with any sponsor)
• Infrastructure providers: Railway (hosting/database) and Vercel (frontend), both under confidentiality agreements
• Legal authorities: when required by court order or legal obligation

4. Your Rights and Contact

You have the following rights over your personal data:

• Right to know: ask what data we hold about you
• Right to rectify: ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erase: ask for deletion of your personal data when closing your account
• Right to restrict: ask us to pause processing in certain cases

We keep account data for as long as the account remains active. If you delete your account, personal data is erased within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
