Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using any EaHub service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service immediately.

EaHub reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with notice given by email or on the website. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Acceptable Use and Prohibitions

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and will not:

• Share your License Key with others, or use it on more accounts than your plan allows
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Expert Advisor
• Run more accounts under one license than permitted
• Provide false or misleading information when registering
• Do anything that harms the security or stability of the system

Violating any of the above may lead to suspension or termination of your account without prior notice, and may result in legal action.

3. Sponsored Ports — Additional Conditions

A Sponsored Port is a special port funded by a partner broker. Its use is subject to these additional conditions:

• Live accounts only — demo accounts are not accepted
• Your equity must meet the minimum set by the sponsor before the port activates
• If the connected broker does not match the sponsor's conditions, the port is removed and you are suspended for 3 days
• A Sponsored Port may be suspended at any time if the sponsor runs out of quota or their agreement ends
• The system gives at least 7 days' advance notice, but you are responsible for monitoring notifications and closing your own orders
• ⚠ EaHub accepts no liability for any loss arising from the suspension of a Sponsored Port

4. Payment and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed per the selected cycle (monthly). When a subscription expires, EA access ends immediately. No refunds are given under any circumstances.

Prices and conditions may change with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect for active subscribers.

5. Limitation of Liability and Risk

EaHub provides its software "as-is" with no guarantee of trading results. We accept no responsibility for any profit, loss, or damage arising from the use of any Expert Advisor, including indirect, special, or consequential damages.

EaHub accepts no liability for any damages whatsoever, without exception.

6. Contact and Disputes

Should any dispute arise, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through negotiation.
